At Ruanails, every nail set is handmade and custom-prepared with care. Due to the nature of handmade products, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

Because all nail sets are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Personal preference (design, color, shape, length)
  • Not reading the product description
  • Incorrect nail size provided by the customer

We strongly recommend checking nail sizes, product details, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please send:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A partial or full refund depending on the situation.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
  • Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Ruanails products are handcrafted, so slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Design placement
  • Texture
  • These small differences are normal for handmade items and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal to pay customs fees

The customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Refunds will not be issued for packages returned for these reasons.

Lost Packages

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Ruanails is not responsible for lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already started and cancellations will no longer be possible.
