Thank you for shopping with Ruanails. Each set of nails is handmade with care, so please read our shipping policy below before placing an order.

Processing Time

All nail sets are handmade to order.

Processing time is 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer.

Orders will only be shipped after the production process is completed.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is 10–15 business days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping time may vary due to:

– Destination country

– Customs clearance

– Postal service delays

– Peak seasons (holidays, sales events)

– Weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Ruanails is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping fee.

Delays

While we always do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ruanails cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays or peak shipping seasons

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ruanails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
